Two room apartment located very close to the historic center of Split and Marmontova street. On the first floor of an old building. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room with convertible sofa, an open fitted kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), a bedroom with a king size bed separated by a glass roof, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

This apartment was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Has view of the adjoining street. Great location - less than five minutes walking from groceries, restaurants, bars, coffee. Very close to the walled city and promenade. Apartment has secure entry. located one floor up from ground level (European first floor, USA 2nd floor. Stairs only, no elevator. Decent aircon. Full kitchen. Laundry machine. Some street noise was audible but quieted down by 10 pm or so. Great for a couple and maybe one child. Would stay again

The Perfect Spot

The perfect spot for walking access to the Old Town and a block from the bus line and taxi stand. I have allergies and need to cook a lot—kitchen had everything. Zeljka responded immediately to all questions and requests.

Wonderful stay in Split

The apartment was just as pictured online. It was just perfect for my husband and me. We were in the heart of old town and the location couldn’t have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Split.

Beautiful Apartment in City Center

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed the apartment! It was well appointed, comfortable and clean. We stayed here on the last leg of our 2 week European trip so having laundry available in the apartment was very helpful! In terms of the location, it couldn’t have been any better. It is located in the heart of Split near many restaurants, shopping, and the coast. There are also many markets directly adjacent to the apartment that make it very easy to buy food and other goods for cooking. Although there isn’t parking available directly at the apartment, the spot recommended by the hair was perfect and a very short walk away. We ended up paying around 30 euro per day for that. Finally, it had great air conditioning :)

Comfortable apartment right on the edge of the old town

We stayed in late September for 5 nights. The apartment was in a great location and very comfortable. It was right on the edge of the old town so you could walk in very easy to have access to whatever you want but not be in the middle of everything. The owner was very easy to connect with. Finding the place took a few minutes because it's on a small side street in the pedistrian zone and our Uber did not drop us off as closely as hoped. Once we found it, getting in was easy and then all was well. Also, please note that if you are arriving or leaving on a Sunday, you may not be able to get a car as close to there as you want. We noticed this on leaving that Uber would not allow a pickup close to the location, I assume because there is a significan church right there and they restrict traffic on Sunday. The apartment is very well set up and uses the space effectively. Having the separation for the bedroom was nice and allowed one person to stay in the living room while not disturbing someone in the bedroom. It was well appointed and used the space in the place very effectively. We had a great time and would absolutely stay there again if visiting Split.

Perfect Split location

Just outside the Palace venue with lots of activity nearby. Room and windows were very soundproof so even when there was a concert down the street, the apartment was very quiet. Well stocked with all the basics for comfortable apartment living. Only difficulty on check in was the street number over the door was not easily visible and there was a second key box inside that we didn't initially have the code for but the host helped us out quickly to get in.

Wonderful stay

The apartment was very well appointed and roomy. The shower is large and with a separate toilet area, two people can get ready easily. The bed was very comfortable and large. The owner is extremely helpful and attentive to the renter. Without a separate air conditioner in the bedroom, the owner supplied a fan to help circulate the air. The location is outstanding with pedestrian walkways, coffee shops, grocery and dining options within blocks. Both the local bus station and main bus station are within walking distance. All tourist attractions are close by. There is no elevator so luggage has to be carried up one flight. We enjoyed our stay.

Cute place near National Theatre

Clean, compact and well-located. Good host. Be sure you know where to drop your luggage because it's in the pedestrian part of the city which is the best place to be.

Excellent stay in Old Town Split!

This property was really wonderful. Exactly as the listing described, very clean and modern, and the perfect size for two people traveling together. The location was amazing - close to everything, but still very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again if we visit Split in the future.
