This property doesn’t have elevator. Room stay on third floor. We use their services to pick up from bus station and load our luggage’s to the room with a fee, which we think is fair and reasonable. We also use the same service when check out. Housekeeping daily, very clean. We only have one issue on the first night when we return the apartment.. entrance and staircase doesn’t have light. But they fix the problem after we reported it. Very convenient locations. We like our stay here.

Excellent location and nice physical space (clean bathroom, great shower, comfortable beds) but it smelled quite bad, like pee. We were there during a rainstorm and the windows were leaky, a bit concerning.

Property hard to find tucked back near grocery. Driver had difficulty finding. Small pink sign 8 feet up on a pole that was half worn. 3rd floor of a building. You need to call phone number at front door. Walk down around corner to Prima building. Be buzzed into Prima building take elevator up to .get keys and walk back. Very Clean apartment. Simple room with balcony terrace, comfy queen bed and full bath main floor. Stairs to loft bedroom with two twin beds with 1/2 bath. Initially No lights or AC until put keycard in slot above coffee maker. Never successfully turned on AC. But not too hot. Sat on terrace with some wine. Lots of graffiti on the buildings. Great location just outside walled city, less than 1 block to OldTown with Gelato, restaurants, bakeries all nearby. It was Saturday night and party goers yelling until dawn. We stayed one nite only 14 hours. Arranged airport pickup thru Nirvana was perfectly on time for 530 AM pickup. 55 euros to airport 20 to 30min away. Would stay again but longer!

Very close to the town but kind of hard to find at first. I had to contact management for them to give me the keys to check in. As the reviews mention, you do need to lug your luggage up 3 flights of stairs, so prepare. But it felt like a nice, quiet and safe location. I did get the terrace and it was quite lovely to see the sunset from there. The room is well conditioned and shower has good pressure.

we liked the layout of the apartment. Worked well for the family. However, our taxi driver couldn't find it, so just left us standing at the side of a random road. When we did eventually find it, we couldn't work out how to access it. We finally found the night porter who was in a different building. We landed at 9.45, we were in the apartment by 1am - it took a lot longer than I had anticipated. Communication with the host was appalling. I had to go through Expedia for mediation. I sent a number of messages that just weren't answered

ONLY ACCEPTS CASH

I was extremely disappointed in my stay here. The hotel was in a very convenient location and we had no issue with the cleanliness of the place. But we were very unhappy about the communication we received from this accommodation. They do not accept cards and only accept cash. We were not told this until we got there. We are frequent travelers and have never come across a lodging that only accepts cash. We were offered a link to pay that wasn't working and weren't consistently communicated with until our last day when we were told to just get cash. We lost over two hundred dollars in the conversion rate/fees because of this. (600 dollars at an ATM!) I reached out to hotels.com to see if I could pay online and they also refused. Apparently there is one tiny sentence on the very bottom of a page that says something about only cash that I missed. I would not stay here again. Also the lights in the hallway weren't working at night so walking up three flights of very dark and slippery stairs wasn't fun. This is my first negative review on this site. We don't expect/ask for a lot when we are traveling since we aren't there to spend time in the room. This inconvenience was extremely disappointing.

Vey basic accommodation. There was no information provided about how to connect to WiFi or how to use TV. The reception was not on site and there was a very delayed online response. The building itself was run down and quite dirty.

Horrible stay. Do not book here. The check in was in a run down dead mall on the 3rd floor with the elevator on the verge of breaking. The receptionist was for another hotel but she was nice. There is no contact for questions to the property through Expedia or WhatsApp or email. The room was decent but thats the least to expect. On Expedia it said that it had laundry services in the hotel but there is nothing. Only places around the town.

We booked this apartment last minute for a one night stay in Split. To our surprise it was huge, 2 floors with two bathrooms and a little balcony. Ivna was very responsive to our emails and even when we were late checking in she sent her employee to help us.

Excellent location just minutes from the old town. Lovely duplex room with two floors and a small balcony. Excellent shower and very comfy bed. Small fridge and kettle was greatly appreciated Only negative was the two flight of stairs to access the room
