Orchidea Apartment Split in the center

The apartment surface is 83 m2 and is situated on the second floor, composed of two large matrimonial rooms, living room with two sofa beds (one single one double), dining room, newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, induction cook top and oven, two full bathrooms, each one with toilet and lavatory and shower, it also has two balcony, one with city view and other one with inside courtyard view. All rooms in the apartment have extremely high ceilings. The apartment is full of light and recently updated and fully restructured. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The apartment is air-conditioned.

Five minutes walk from the historical center built inside the Diocletian's palace, with its museums and its historical and tourist attractions, public beaches, the port, the railway station and bus station. It is possible to shop at the largest market in the city, and visit the promenade by foot. Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 15 per day. Street parking is also available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification document (ID card or Passport) upon check-in.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You will be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

A Great Apartment in Split

This was a great property. It is well furnished and stocked with all the necessities. We are a family of 6 and travel extensively and can say we have never had a better experience. The home was clean, in a perfect location for Beach(5 min walk), Old Town(10 min walk), grocery store (2 min walk) and the bus literally stops outside the front door. Andrea is a great host and left nothing to question.

First time in Split!

First off, “Andrea was Amazing!” From the start of our communication it was a piece of cake. Never did Andrea take more than a minute or two before getting back to me. When we got there Andrea explained about everything in the house without skipping a beat. Super helpful when it came to doing some stuff. The location was Awesome as it only took 7 minutes to get to Diocletians Palace which has an array of food options. Definitely walk through the palace area as we didn’t right away and found that there were more food options. Upon check out Andrea met us for a quick walkthrough to return our deposit. We even received a sweet gift! Thank you Andrea for making your place super inviting. You made it even more so. I’m excited for you to complete your other upgrade projects. I will definitely be returning!!!

Excellent place with good price, great amenities and near center of town

Orchidea Apartment is well located. We parked our car and walked everywhere. It was 10 minute walk to center of town, 5 minute walk to bacvice beach (lovely place), and had all the amenities folks need. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit Split again and stay here.

Appartement fidèle à nos attentes

Le contact avec Andrea s’est très bien passé, elle a su être arrangeante pour nous permettre de déposer nos valises avant le check in, ce qui nous a permis d’avoir les mains libres et de pouvoir profiter de Split en attendant. Andrea est ponctuelle. L’appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Il jouit d’une localisation idéale entre le centre historique et le quartier de Bacvice, ce que nous souhaitions! Je recommande cet appartement et j’aurai plaisir d’y retourner par d’une prochaine visite. Bonne continuation Andrea.
