Only a few minutes from Old Town. Perfect location! Highly recommend if travelling with a family as it is spacious, clean and easy to access all the highlights of Split.

We had 2 nights here. It was a great base to explore Split. We had a 2 bed apartment. Very big and very modern! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were lovely. Communication was through Whatsapp which was super easy. Really recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Residences. The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, modern, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better: tucked away in a quiet spot, yet only a short walk from Split’s Old Town with all its restaurants, attractions, and history right at your doorstep. The staff were outstanding. Tina and Antonia were always just a message away on WhatsApp, ready to answer any questions, give helpful tips, and even arrange restaurant reservations for us. Their attentiveness made our stay effortless and stress-free. A special mention goes to the hotel-owned restaurant, Magnus, located in the Old Town. It was by far the best meal we had during our entire trip — a true gem not to be missed. If you’re looking for the perfect balance of peaceful accommodation and close proximity to all the action, this is the place. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate having a quiet retreat after the bustle and crowds of Split’s Old Town.

A modern, smartly decorated spacious apartment with high quality furnishings in a boutique building with only 6 units. Secure underground parking. Easy walking distance to the eastern gate. Wonderfully responsive staff in helping with questions about the area and really pleasant housekeeping.

Top notch in Split!

One of the nicest places I've ever booked on hotels.com, and that's saying a lot! Located in a residential neighborhood 5 minutes' walk from Split's Old Town, it's also only 15 minutes' walk to a city beach. Magarita was responsive to emails and all of the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. This place is ideal for a nice family vacation, extended stay by an executive with family, or two couples. Everything is top notch and brand new as of 2016 (beds, fixtures, etc.). It is not a party house, but rather a comfortable high-end base close to the Old Town.

Where to start. When we first arrived the staff member that came on site basically dropped us at the room. Did not show us any amenities or how anything worked. When I asked about how we get out of and back in the garage with our rental car she said we needed to give them notice so that they could provide us a garage opener. We did not have each day planned out to the minute, and certainly didn’t know if our plans would change and we might need to use our rental car. So this was not acceptable. She reached out to her team and they got back to me a little while later to say that we could have a garage door opener to keep for the duration. Air conditioner in second bedroom could not be adjusted. Reported problem, and over two days they said it was working and it wasn’t. Also the hairdryer in one of the bathrooms stopped working, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the bedrooms only in the living room. We could not get tvs to work in either room. When we reached out to Expedia, they contacted the property and we got moved to another unit. New unit had much the same problems, air-conditioning in living room was fickle. Wi-Fi still did not reach into either bedroom and we could not get channels on the TV, hair dryer died again. The property had no sort of book with instructions on any of the appliances, or amenities in the unit. And the staff that did end up coming to help us move units, was friendly, but did not know how to work anything in the unit either. Poor experience all round.

스플리트의 라비거리 바로 부근이면 너무 시끄러울것 같고 숙소 청결과 주차장 여부가 중요해서 이 숙소를 예매했습니다. 숙소는 모던하고 깨끗하고 주요관광지에 15분이내로 걸어다닐 수 있고 걸어가는 길에 큰 마트가 있어서 좋았습니다. 주차장이 있는데 4-6대정도 세울수 있는 작은 규모이고 늦게 도착했던것인지 이미 다 차있고 매우 비좁은 자리만 남아 차를 긁어 먹었네요 ㅠ 그 이벤트만 빼면 나무랄데없던 숙소였습니다.
