Our room was modern and clean with amazing views. The check-in experience was different than most I have experienced, as the property is split across two buildings in the neighborhood, however the staff still made the process easy.

Cant go wrong - Antonio will take care of you! Really nice room - appreciate the detailed Split advice & map. Nice to be away from old town a couple of blocks. Grocery store right next door.

Perfect stay and great hosts. Antonio and Toni were very helpful and went above and beyond. We stayed in the sky suites, which were modern and had everything we needed for a two night stay.

We had a great stay. Reception (Antonio) was great in making us feel welcome and providing information about the neighborhood. The view from our room was excellent, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the room while having some wine.

Great location, walking distance to old town, bus terminal and wharfs. Staffs are incredibly caring and kind. Both Toni and Antonio were amazing helping our 3-day stay comfortable and pleasant.

Stunning view of the harbour from our room! Clean and quiet modern apartment with coffee station and fridge. Cute little library! Very short few blocks to the old town. On-site parking just outside the building. A great place to stay in Split!

They were there to answers questions, & give recommendations for sightseeing, dinners, and everytuelse!The room was very nice, clean and had amazing city views. The hotel was walkable distance from many historic sights, as well as the weekend food market. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view, well prepared and stocked room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. The only thing worth noting is that the hotel seems to be a consolidated group of rental units in at least two buildings, and only on certain floors - it’s not like a typical hotel and reception was in a different building and down the block.

Great view and receptionists

Beautiful room with an amazing view. The receptionists (Miss Karla and one other gentleman who loves icecream) was also very kind and gave a lot of good recommendations. The receptionists was class and deserves a raise.

Great location great views, great service

We had the city view, on the 12floor. The room was lovely and very clean. The location is about 5 mins walk from the edge of the green market. Close enough to go back to should the weather change and you need to drop off a coat etc. Great customer service from Tony in the front desk but also from 3 other people who were around when Tony wasn't.

Our stay at Royal Suites Sky was excellent and we recommend it. The hotel is located just outside the Diocletian Palace and a short walk from the ferry terminal. There are good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket right across the street. The shower was the best on our trip (which included some very nice five star accommodations)! The staff was excellent, Antonio, who welcomed us to the hotel, even had a map ready for us with recommendations highlighted! In addition, he went through a series of places (museums, attractions, restaurants, etc.) that he suggested we visit. His enthusiasm for his work and for his native city were a breath of fresh air and contagious!!
