Excellent stay, exceptional service

Our stay was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed, and Tony spent a lot of time getting us oriented and providing great recommendations. The location is within easy walking distance of everything we needed and wanted, the room was spacious and clean, and we loved using the balcony. What really makes this place truly excellent is the wonderful service at every turn. Stay here!

The room was very nice, but the best part of our stay was the people. The breakfasts with made to order entrees were fantastic and the two young folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting us settled, offering tips for what to see, and suggesting some excellent restaurant choices. The staff really helped make our two days in Split a wonderful experience!

This is a really nice place to stay, near everything. What separates this from all the others is Antonio, who was our Royal Suite host and provided an amazing stay. he went above and beyond in many ways.

The hotel needs some updating. Air conditioning barely worked. One room did not have curtains (only sheers). However, the service was spectacular. Made to order breakfast. And the front desk employee, Antonio, went above and beyond to help. amazing. He even ran a lost article ( in the rain) all the way to the ferry. His service was amazing!!

My experience at this hotel was outstanding for several reasons: Perfect Location: The hotel is in close proximity to the bus terminal, beach, restaurants, shops, and bars, making it incredibly convenient. Outstanding Customer Service: The team consistently went above and beyond to assist us. We received a welcome message upon arrival at the airport, offering help with directions or arranging a taxi and a complimentary drink on arrival at the hotel. Great experience from the very start!! Personalized Assistance: The staff provided us with a wealth of information about sightseeing and attractions tailored to our budget and availability. Thoughtful Gestures: They even offered to prepare breakfast for us to take on the go. Special Thanks to Antonio: Antonio at reception deserves a special mention for his fantastic recommendations and warm hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again! This has been the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. Thank you!

Royal Suites is a unique family run hotel within walking distance of the Palace, Riva, and Ferry port. The staff esp Antonio is friendly and willing to assist with every detail of your stay. Recommendations for restaurants are always appreciated and the meals were quite good. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable, Breakfast was quick and filling. The omelets were delicious and made to order. The owner and a local woman work the kitchen and always have a friendly smile and hello. The breakfast room is open 24 hrs which is nice if you want a cup of tea, coffee or nightcap. One thing I will mention is the toilet seat didn’t quite fit the toilet bowl. I didn’t have a problem with it but my cousin said to mention it. If I was to return to Split I would definitely consider staying again.
