Villa Florinda with Pool and Gym near Split

From the 2026 season, Villa Florinda will feature an additional bedroom with a private bathroom located in the area of the covered summer kitchen. This upgrade increases the villa’s capacity to 8+2 guests. Photos of the new space will be available from March 2026.
Villa Florinda is a newly built luxury private villa with pool, designed for up to 8+2 guests and located in a peaceful Mediterranean setting near Split and Omiš. Offering 120 m² of fully air-conditioned living space on a 1,200 m² fenced property, the villa ensures complete privacy, comfort and relaxation.
The interior features three stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed (180x200 cm), TV, walk-in wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. Two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 cm), share two modern family bathrooms with showers. A comfortable living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances including microwave, toaster, coffee machine and more. The living room offers a Smart TV, PlayStation 4, air conditioning and a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the villa.
The outdoor area is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and designed for complete relaxation. Guests can enjoy a private 9 x 4 m swimming pool with 8 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a covered terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for long summer evenings. From season 2025, the villa also features a private fitness room with treadmill.

Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Croatia! The house was perfect in every way—spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The spacious yard was a great feature, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was stunning and provided endless fun for our group. The hosts went above and beyond by leaving us wine, water, and ice upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also loved having a grill and a ping-pong table available, adding even more to our experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay truly unforgettable.

High-end vacation!

What a wonderful stay we had, absolutely gorgeous villa. We enjoyed the pool, table tennis and stunning views. Sandra the host was so lovely and responsive, so helpful sending us lots of recommendations. I would advise you get a good taxi company as getting Ubers can take some time due to the secluded area but we found some great reliable companies. Split is only 25 mins away. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Fantastic property, had everything you could ask for. Everything finished to a very high standard and host couldn't have been more helpful. Great for kids as well with astro football pitch and table tennis. If I was being very picky then would say location isn't ideal. You definitely need a car as can't walk anywhere. But that aside a wonderful property and a lovely country.

Unsere Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Die Parkmöglichkeiten könnten für manche Gäste etwas herausfordernd sein, aber es hat für uns letztlich funktioniert. Die Lage war für uns persönlich nicht ganz so ansprechend, was natürlich Geschmackssache ist, und das wussten wir im Voraus bereits. Insgesamt aber ein guter Aufenthalt mit einer tollen Gastgeberin, die sich wirklich um ihre Gäste kümmert.

Perfekter Urlaub in traumhafter Unterkunft!

Wir hatten das Glück, in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Kroatien Urlaub zu machen, und es war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight – perfekt für heiße Tage und eine tolle Möglichkeit, zu entspannen. Was diesen Urlaub jedoch besonders gemacht hat, war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts standen sie uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ob es um Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants oder einfach nur um eine Frage zur Unterkunft ging – sie waren immer erreichbar und äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Haus jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine erholsame Zeit in Kroatien verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
