"I was happy with the room, which included a large, comfortable bed and a convenient desk. But I didn't like that there were no insect screens in the windows, forcing one to choose between having the lights on at night and sleeping in a hot room. The coffee cups were so poorly designed that the average person's finger wouldn't fit through the handle and that you burn your finger holding the cup. A fridge would have been nice too, but you get what you pay for."

"There was no clothes iron in the room. After I requested one from the front desk, they initially said they were looking for one. Several hours later, the receptionist informed me that they didn’t have any available. This was disappointing and inconvenient, especially since an iron is a basic amenity that many travelers expect."
