Welcome to Ohio Cottage, a 4 bedroom house on the bluff in Spokane's popular Kendall Yards district. Take advantage of all Spokane has to offer from this beautiful home within walking distance of major Spokane attractions, excellent eats and sweets, local coffee, wine and beer, shopping, gourmet grocery, and even a spa. Walk out the front door to the Centennial trail for miles of running or biking, a Lime Scooter ride, or a stroll to Riverfront Park (1.06 mi). Sip your coffee (plus delicious fresh donuts, if you're feeling hungry, just steps from your door) on the private back patio with stunning views of downtown Spokane. Wonderful house in a great location. The views of Spokane are beautiful. We were able to walk to crepes for breakfast and Kendall Yards for dinner. Very clean and comfortable.

Each bedroom is very private - views are gorgeous. I do not think I would bring small children to this home because of the many stair steps.

We enjoyed our stay at Ohio Cottage. It was clean, comfy, had plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family, and was most importantly, was well air conditioned during a heat wave of 104°.

Love this place!

Clean, great layout, thoughtfully appointed, terrific hosts and right on the bike/footpath that goes through town. Wonderful spot!! We’ll be back for sure.

Great location to access the parks and downtown, especially if you like a short walk, which we do. Very little interaction needed w/ the property owners, but very prompt replies for the few questions we did have. Bottom line, we’ll stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Visiting a relative in the hospital

This place is amazing. The beds are so comfortable! The house is clean and well stocked with just about anything you may need. The property managers were so helpful! The gave suggestions for places to eat and. Checked in with us to see how our relative fared with surgery. Couldnt ask for a better place!

Fantastic spot - loved our stay

We loved our stay here. My daughter (16) said she wanted to live here within 5 minutes of arriving! A distinctive layout, with lots of windows and a great view; all rooms are beautifully upkept, well appointed and comfortable; and the amazing bike trail is literally outside the front door. We also really like Kendall Yards - great selection of shops and places to eat within walking distance. We'll be back for sure!

Best part of Spokane

We traveled a small team to Spokane for a large event. The home was in a safe area with plenty of space. Our host was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Love this property! So close to everything! Located just across the street from the continental trail with bikes, scooters and skate boards to use. House itself is so much bigger than it looks from the street. Views from every room are fantastic!

Perfect Family Visit!

This lovely sunny home was perfect for our family gathering. Comfortable beds and great kitchen. The three levels gave each of us privacy,I and the lower floor kitchen, dining and sitting area perfect for getting together. Christmas at Ohio Cottage

We stayed in the Ohio Cottage from December 23-28. The house was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was very nice. The common rooms were small, but comfortable. The owners provided a beautiful Christmas tree for our family and it was appreciated.The owner, Elliott, was responsive to questions thru text messages. The location is ideal with a short walk to the Riverwalk and downtown.

This home has a unique character, with a customized design to make the most of each room’s best features. Beautiful windows capture the stunning views.
