Guest Access:
You'll have a zero step, private entrance with keypad lock and a private 2 car garage and oversized driveway. You will be the only guests staying in the home and the entire house and yard will be yours.

Quiet suburban community, easy access to downtown, airport and hospital. Dining, gyms, coffee etc within 10 blocks.
Getting Around:
Excellent location on Spokane's desirable South Hill and within 5 miles of local hospitals and downtown.

We have a few rules in place that we appreciate that you follow:

» Maximum capacity: 6
» Construction work crews allowed with prior permission and security deposit.
*Please note there is a $200 fee for breaking any of the rules above and your reservation could be canceled.
*There is an outdoor ring camera above garage that monitors the driveway and front door. No indoor cameras.
