Sweet and cozy

Great communication with the host, had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen as far as utensils and ancillary items go. Never had a problem finding parking and it was nice and close to a couple of parks and trails.

Great location, modern, clean and comfortable.

Spokane visit

This property was excellent for our 2 night stay. The property was well equipped for dining, visiting and sleeping. Everything that you'd need for the aforementioned activities was provided, communication with property hosts were easy and fanswered frequently when called upon. Easy access & quite

In Spokane with another dad for our daughter's volleyball weekend tournament. The apartment was clean, relaxing and quiet. Location was fine as it allowed access to downtown in 15 min or so and access to some fishing lakes for me in the early mornings. Worked out great!

The only downside is that it is an upstairs unit and my wife and I are senior citizens and the stairs were a little steep. All other amenities were great.

What a nice place. The place was super clean, new looking, great supplies, nice TVs, and quiet. The hosts were super attentive and made this so easy! Thank you! I stayed for a week, starting a new job and it made me feel good to have this refuge. No hitches with anything.

Spokane Valley apartment

Nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. Very quiet and free parking. Upper floor/end unit. Looks out onto a playground. Hosts checked in with me several during my stay to make sure all was okay. I'll be booking this apartment again in the future.

Everything you need and very, very clean!

This is a spotlessly clean and quiet apartment in an area that is conveniently located between Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. The property is in an older building, but the interior has been completely redone and is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped (beautiful dishes!) – a cut above what is usually found in vacation rentals. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The only thing that might be a negative for some is that it’s a second-floor walk-up apartment, so this is not a good option for people who have trouble with stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful. The decorating was very cute and made it feel very comfortable. Jerry and Natasha were more than communicative. Responding with answers to our questions in a mater of minutes, and then a follow up call. Half way through they checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Past my expectations!!!!

Perfect home away from home

We stayed 3 nights in this cute modern apartment. It was everything we needed. The host was in constant communication before, during and after our trip to make sure we were taken care of. This was a first for us renting a VRBO and it was a breeze. Easy check in, welcomed with air conditioned apartment, had towels, laundry soap, dish soap, board games, and the comfiest blankets bed and pillows. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, cookware, spices and even a waffle maker. Truly felt like home. We will stay again if we ever find our way back in the area. Location was great, there was a winco 30 seconds away and food not too far.

Very Nice Place to Stay!

We don't always know if the rental will match our expectations but this one did! It is very clean and new looking. Plus, it has all of the amenities of home. Washer and dryer, nice TV, fast internet, nice bedrooms and nice bathroom, kitchen, living room / dining room, etc. All of it in excellent condition. Sort of a home away from home! It was also very nice to have a unit to rent that is separate from the owners home. The owners were excellent to work with and made sure that everything went smoothly for us from check in to check out. They checked with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was okay. We'd highly recommend staying there! Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a rental unit!
