Welcome to Pinecone House, your spacious retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun. Our home feels like new with recent updates including hardwood floors, remodeled bathrooms, and modern fixtures. It offers the perfect blend of comfort and high-end amenities for a memorable stay.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire 5-bedroom house, backyard, deck, and all listed amenities, including the private hot tub and home theater. Your privacy is assured. Please note that the garage is used for owner storage and is not available for guest use.

Other things to note
* Rental Agreement: After booking, you will receive an email to sign our required short-term rental agreement and provide a copy of your government-issued ID.

* Accessibility: Please be aware that this home has multiple levels and is not recommended for guests with mobility impairments.

* Guest Fees: Rates are based on 2 guests. An additional fee of $14 per person, per night applies for groups larger than two.

* Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your use in the 5th bedroom.

* TV & Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Our smart TVs provide access to your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) using your own accounts. Live broadcast TV stations are limited.

1. MAX aggregate capacity is 10 people only (including guests and visitors)
2. You're required to sign a short-term rental agreement and provide ID prior to arrival. Your Registration Email and details will be sent AFTER booking.
3. Parking is 4 cars maximum.
4. You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. Otherwise, please contact us prior to making a reservation.
5. This home is for your comfort. Parties or gatherings are not allowed.
6. THIS HOUSE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HANDICAPPED or mobility impaired persons.
7. NO RV's allowed to parked in driveway or on the street.
8. Extra Guest fee: Rates are based on two (2) guests; Add $14/night fee per person exceeding two. Per person charge includes normal extra cleaning costs. Prior to your arrival, we provide LINEN SERVICE. It is determined by the number of registered Guests in your party. Your registered guests determine the correct number of beds to be made-up with linens, sheets blankets and pillows. Additional towels are also provided based on the number of registered Guests in your party.
9. Seasonal lawn mowing is on Wednesday's.
10. NO SMOKING VAPING or PETS allowed in the house or anywhere on property.
There is a $250 fine if you or anyone in your party smokes or brings a pet in the house or on property.
11. OPEN FLAME candles are NOT allowed in house or anywhere in the property.
12. Contact us PRIOR to booking if there is a special event or group gathering function planned and if any additional persons (other than registered guests) will be invited during your stay.
13. We have a strict no pets policy. Many people have allergies to pets and a violation of this policy requires costly cleaning on my part. Please be respectful of this policy and our other guests.
14. Additional persons policy: Some Guests have not been honest about the number of people in their party so I'd like to be very clear about this policy. I will always try to be as accommodating as possible so if you have a special request please ask. That said if you do not honestly state the number of people in your party it will result in a loss of your damage deposit and potential additional cleaning charges.
