The staff were really helpful and gave us a later checkout, then stored our bikes while we looked around the city before catching a late train. The hotel is very conveniently placed, lovely atmosphere and nice spacious room. Very good value. For some reason I couldn’t give the 5 star rating for all the categories, but this hotel definitely deserves that.

The directions for the parking needs to be clear in the website and how the receptionists explains it also - we got confused by the athletic parking side of the hotel. Staff are super helpful; and made sure my room is super clean daily. Restaurant does not open until 11 am; and it is close on Monday. Other than that, it is in an amazing location. I would stay there again and recommend it to others as well.

I love staying at the Spokane Club in, it is so convenient to have an amazing gym and restaurant right there at the hotel. I also appreciate that the hotel keeps a lot of the original decor, beautiful.

This historic building was very well maintained. The ice machine was not working but they happily got us in the kitchen. The wait staff were all great. Bartender, waitresses, cook we so pleasant and the food was delicious. Clams and cocktails on the outdoor patio were lovely, and the clams were so good. We dined inside for dinner and breakfast. Both were great. The pool was wonderful and not crowded for lap swimming. The sports club staff were a bit underwhelming, and they were out of breakfast sandwiches by 8:30. We did not take any classes but will on our return. Overall, a very good value and a great place.

Beautiful historic building, well preserved, clean, location in downtown Spokane. The staff exuded friendliness, competence, and helpfulness. The only hassle was the parking garage was located about 1 1/2 blocks away from the entrance, and there was no dining on Monday. The later was easily overcome with a short walk to some wonderful downtown restaurants.
