- This spacious home is cozy and warm, central heat and air with plenty of room for friends and family. Newly remodeled with two living spaces and a well appointed kitchen makes this place a enjoyable place to stay. The Rockwood Manito neighborhood is safe and family friendly with lots of dog walkers and runners. Stay comfortable all year around with energy efficient air conditioning options and a high-efficiency furnace, ensuring the home remains cool in summer and cozy in winter!
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit.
