I don't know what the name of the gentleman that was in the front desk, but he is prime example of how you greet someone and give them information. He held eye contact and was just overall pleasant. I've been to hotels recently, where this is missing and it's easily the first impression I get when I enter any property. And breakfast was first class.

They have a wonderful staff and an awesome gym. We stay here whenever we find ourselves visiting family in Spokane. It’s super walkable to tons of restaurants and bars as well as across the street from riverfront park.

I went for an overnight stay. Arrived late, checked out early. Did have dinner there and food was good. Check in was fine except girl was having trouble running my credit card. They eventually had to manually enter it in. I was told hotel system was having issues all day, so not the girls fault.
