"Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! "

"This was a lovely guest suite in a beautiful home. It is extremely spacious. It has two dining room rooms a large bedroom, and a living room area. However, it does not actually have a kitchen. "When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."

"I enjoyed my stay here very much. It is clean and well run. The staff are responsive and gracious. Jennifer at the front desk (as well as Juls) were immensely helpful to help me find a nice room and help me recover something I accidentally left in the room. Tips: 1. Ask for a high floor to reduce noise if you can as it is NYC. 2. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you have certain brands you prefer. Otherwise you can use the hotel brand. 3. Walk down the block to have a snack or breakfast at Essen. 4. Be prepared for lots of Europeans this July who are here for the World Cup!!"

"Clean room and helpful staff. We enjoyed the beautiful restaurant and pool that included an outdoor bar. The service in each was excellent. The view is exceptional. The room was small but fine for our needs. We did have a minor complaint about the policy prohibiting outside alcohol. A more important concern was that the housekeepers were extremely loud in the morning. They yelled back and forth between rooms and let doors slam over and over. We had planned a lazy day to take advantage of the hotel amenities, but sleeping in was made impossible due to all of the noise."
