"Our stay here was absolutely excellent from the moment we walked in which was extremely early morning (2 am) till the time we checked out. After dealing with cancelled flights and rental car mishaps it felt like the universe didn't want us to make it to Banff. However, when we walked in and Rory greeted us with his jovial personality the stress seemed to have been whisked away. The staff was very helpful and gave several recommendations on things to do and see and things to probably avoid. It is a fantastic location and our room was excellent. Though some parts of the hotel may be a little bit dated, I believe it adds to the character of this charming place and makes it different than just another hotel. We would definitley stay here again!"
