"Please do NOT stay at this property. There is a reason they demand payment upfront and has a no refund policy! This is a terrible hotel with absolutely no service or any assistance to guests for any issues, including being locked out of your room! My wife and daughter upon returning close to midnight on the 2nd night was locked out of the room due to IT system issues was unable to find any help via messaging the hotel via Expedia app. Both me and Expedia help line tried to call the hotel via...

"Rooms were clean, the area around the hotel was nice & seemed safe both at day and night times. Only downside was the fact that we shared a bathroom, so it can be a but inconvenient. Overall, great experience!"

Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "
