"Always love staying here and we will definitely be back. Minor issues this time though. The carpet on the 8th floor is pretty badly stained. Also they were doing some construction and were VERY loud right at 8am. I understand most people are up and moving by then, but this was our mini vacation from kids and work and I wasn't able to relax due to the noise."

"We had an issue with shower flow being very weak due to the calcium build up inside those tiny little holes. We told the front desk (Mayra) the next morning, the maintenance engineer (Javier) fixed it right away. When we came back right after lunch time, we had a brand new shower head with decent water flow. Very pleasant stay, the staff took care of our needs immediately, I couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here next time we're in San Antonio..... Thanks...."
