Top Spring Creek Trailhead Hotel Reviews

Homewood Suites By Hilton Schenectady

Homewood Suites By Hilton Schenectady

8/10 Good
"We had 2 stays, 2 days apart. On the first day, doors leading to elevator, both off the lobby and then on the 5th floor where our room was located. Signage in the corridors would have helped. At one point, there was a fire drill. Could not find the exit due to lack of signage. Also, of the two elevators, one was out of order with no sign posted announcing that. Caused delays in elevator use. I left this property feeling that it could use an upgrade in its appearance. On the plus side, the employees - desk, chamber maids, and breakfast service were all helpful and friendly."
