"In Philly to see family for Thanksgiving and to Go to the Eagles game. Had a very nice stay. Good location. The house was in immaculate condition. Hot tub was a nice addition. Place was as depicted in pictures. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back when in town to visit family. "

"Traveled to Philly with a group of friends and we greatly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Caveat for those traveling with large groups: both showers are only accessible by going through someone's bedroom (the 3rd floor landing has been converted to a bedroom), so if you have enough people to be filling all the beds, you may want to have some talks beforehand about where everyone's comfort level is with privacy."
