Event Fee of $750.00 No Smoking Kayaks- Use at your own Risk. No Night use. Kids must be Supervised. Dock Use at your own risk. No Jumping off.
No Pets without owners approval and fee $250.00 No pets in pool or Game Room or on furniture Extra cleaning fees will apply.
