Perfect stay!!

The house was amazing! The outdoor space was perfect!! The pool was a tad chilly given that it isn’t heated, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it!! It had everything we needed.

Great Holiday

Travelled from the UK, the house was great. Fantastic location with easy access to the crystal clear river. House was well equipped and the pool was a great bonus. Communication with the hosts was excellent, really nice people.

A little slice of paradise

We just had the best most relaxing stay at this wonderful house. The pool and access to the Weeki Wachee river was wonderful. The front screened in porch was very nice. The king size bed was very comfy and all the big couches. Just a lovely place we will can't wait come back to.

Winter Get Away

We loved our stay! Great property for two couples and two dogs. Lots of space inside and out. Lots of kayaks for paddling out to see the manatees or just watch them swim by from the dock. We loved it so much that we have already booked again for 2025!

Manatee heaven

Such an incredible experience to stay right on the water. The manatees were right in front of the property playing. We loved our stay! The weather wasn’t great but so much to do and explore near by. Our dogs enjoyed the big yard! Very cool place!!!

Amazing place

This house was absolutely awesome and fit our family so well. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, great location for kayaking to hospital hole and rogers park. The house had everything we could have possibly needed and then some. Owner was quick to answer messages and check in was flawless. Highly recommend to anyone visiting weeki wachee and it’s so close to so many places for day trips BONUS

Peaceful and relaxing

The home was as described and worked well for our group. There were plenty of kayaks and we used them daily. Just a short paddle from the main river. We saw manatees daily right from the dock. We will definitely be back. Super easy to communicate with hosts. Great time overall 10/10 stars

Relaxing

Perfect spot on the river for quiet & relaxation. Yet close to favorite spots like hospital hole & Rogers Park. Lots of manatees to see. Kids love the pool table. Screened porch overlooking the canal. Swimming pool, floating dock, standing dock. All right at the water's edge. Quiet neighborhood.

What a house!

We stay at Weeki Wachee every time we come home to visit my family! My husband fell in love with the springs after I took him on a kayaking trip there when we started visiting from VA to see my family. We have stayed in several homes but nothing compared to this house! The home sits in a dead end road and the canal wraps around the house! There is a pool, a pool table and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths! Absolutely breath taking views! We celebrated my niece and nephews graduation and had a little get together at the house and it was perfect! We will continue to stay here each time we come down after the experience we had! No matter the imperfections, the house and area made up for it! Pros: comfy couches, pool, pool table, walk in dock to the water for kayaks!! Plus 14 available kayaks! We saw manatees everyday sitting on the dock and for the first time ever. Mama and baby dolphins! We are thankful for the hospitality and how great the host were!

Chillaxin River Life

We all had a great time relaxing w friends and family. Everyone enjoyed the big outdoor area, swimming in the pool & kayaking on the river. Lots of space to entertain, needs a few more outdoor chairs. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, etc, it's outdated but worked fine for a short week (only wish the pullout couch was in the downstairs area) Host was helpful with all my questions I would love to come back again

Bday celebration

Your place is very nice. The pool was a little cold, but it’s April. It should be warm by now, but I know it’s been cooler this last few weeks. Overall, your house is beautiful It was clean on the inside. The house itself could use some power washing and tree trimming, but I’m sure that will get done but overall we had a great time and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything.

Location, Location, Location

It was a very lovely place great location. The pool was dirty when we got there but the owner was quick to respond to come and get it cleaned. The bunk beds in the one room is only for very small children not very stable. I wish it had bunk beds in the downstairs part or even a sofa bed that would be a nice plus. There is a TV in the master bedroom but the other two bedrooms do not have TVs it would be nice if they did. The home is a little outdated and definitely needs new pots and pans but other than that the home is very nice and I would consider staying there again.

Loved the Property, House Very Dated

Check-in was easy. The property is beautiful with a pool … cold, but after a few hot days it was bearable for some of us. The palm trees were beautiful and some lit up at night around the pool. It was very pretty. The kitchen needs new cabinets, some drawers were not usable and the laminate on the cabinets was lifting or off. All appliances worked so cooking was a breeze as well as clean up with a dishwasher. We had our boat with us, the dock was absolutely dangerous with rotted and lifted planks. Be careful! Carpets need a steam cleaning on the stairs and area rugs as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Weeki Wachee and the property served its purpose. Would definitely be a 5 star property with updates and dock repairs.
