Beautiful 4 BR/2BA Private Pool Home Near Weeki Wachee Springs

Peace and comfort awaits you at this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8, located in a nice and calm neighborhood. Master BR. poses king size bed, walk-in
closet and own bathroom with shower. 2nd. BR. queen size bed, 3rd. BR. queen size bed, 4th.BR. full size bed. Linen closet fully equipped for all guests. Laundry room with washer/ dryer, soap, iron and board. Kitchen with beautiful granite countertops with upgraded appliances: Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker etc. Cupboards and drawers with lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Family room: cable TV, WIFI, phone and a Bar to relax and even enjoy a bottle of fine wine(on the house). Dining area is spacious and seats 6-8 and leads to the patio and pool area to relax, eat, swim or simply splash. This is home away from home.

From the moment I booked until the day we left, James was the most attentive host I’ve had for any property I’ve stayed at. The home is beautiful, very clean and a comfortable place for family to come back to each evening. We were in the Homosassa area for a family funeral and we appreciated the home to be together but have our own space as well. Highly recommended and if in the area again we will return! Mr. Bertram is the best host that anyone can ask for. The house is always pristine and stocked, meeting him at the house for check in is a pleasure and he keeps the pool very clean. I will always check if this house is available when visiting family in Spring Hill.

I met up with my sister to drop off my granddaughter for summer camp. My 80 year old mother joined us. The house was spacious and well appointed The pool was lovely. It was odd to have the owner around but he was kindWe are not new to VRBO and have rented homes for 20 years.
