The huge master bedroom has KING size bed with en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has a very comfortable KING size mattress as well as a shared full bathroom. This home offers sliding glass doors out to the Florida sun room with two very comfortable couches. A fully screened in lanai has a LARGE 14x32 sparkling salt water pool (can be heated for additional fee) and plenty of room for entertaining. Situated inside the large lanai is an outdoor dinning space perfect for poolside dining. Newly added large covered patio and grilling area. The beautifully landscaped property has lots of palm trees, fruit trees, as well as tropical flowers thru out.

If you're in the mood to shop, check out the variety of stores at the Coastal Landing Shopping Center less than a mile away. Take a day-trip to Clearwater and the Tampa area, just a 1-hour drive south.
