"The property was beautiful and the host (Andrey) was great! The only thing was the washroom doesn't have a door and isn't completely closed off (it is sectioned off behind the main room), so just be advised before you go. "Basic cottage. We appreciated air conditioning and view. Exterior chairs where all broken, had to wash dishes, dirty floors. BBQ had no grill so took neighbors, was rusty and very dirty. Can not swim as mentioned. Only for fishing. There is a beach at a waking distance but not nice to swim in, small and weeds. Good place to fish if this is your intention. "The lake was nice and the view from the deck. The toilet flushed and there was running water so there was that. However, a sure sign we were headed into trouble was the multiple forms we had to sign that there were no refunds and the weird reasons they would not give a refund.
