"Overall the property was meticulously clean. However, the floor in front of the sink in my room was very sticky, shoes stuck and pulled. The lighting in the room is terrible. Light around the sink was so low it was difficult to impossible to see for putting on makeup, even with the outside morning light coming into the room. The water pressure for the sink was a mere trickle. I am 5',130 pds. and had hardly room to move in the tiny shower. The bed and adjustable room temperature were very comfortable but the room was way overpriced. "

"My daughter just wrapped up her first year at Furman. This sweet little bungalow in the woods was the perfect space. I have stayed in many VRBO’s in upstate South Carolina but this gem is definitely my favorite. We had a fire, the girls studied for finals and it’s close to all the amenities. Sushi Yama yes please. Great communication from the host and check in and check out were flawless. I will definitely be returning once we are back in the fall. Thank you "

"Beautiful and well equipped newly remodeled ranch home in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, large flat screens and beautiful decor everywhere. The host was understanding and very attentive. If we go to TR again we’ll be staying there."

"So this was our first time using Vrbo. My wife is very picky about staying at someone’s else home. I did the research and had my children choose which Vrbo they wanted to stay at. My first choice was at Jessica’s place but my daughter and one of my son also picked Jessica’s place. The house was fully stocked with spices and etc and there was so much towels and other things. She even had contact lens solution available as I wear contacts. Instructions are on point. Wash soap, shampoo and conditioner available in both bathroom. Jessica has quality soaps and etc and even uses plant base items. She was very quick to reply when I asked a question. Super Walmart and Neighbor hood Walmart are only 1.5 miles away plus other stores and restaurants are not far. She has a list of things you can do while in the area. Coffee is provided as well with k-machine and regular coffee maker in one. She has laundry and dishwasher soap. Plenty of closet space in all rooms with plenty of hangers. Nice size television. Location is close to Bob Jones University. We plan on staying at Jessica’s place again should we be in the area, but the only concern that I have as I write this is will Jessica’s place be available once we book again as her place is just that good for 1 or two or even an entire family like us. Thanks again Jessica as we love your place and really enjoyed our stay."

"The property was great. We enjoyed our coffee out on the deck in the mornings and watched the blue birds. The road and neighbors are quiet. We had an enjoyable month. The only thing I would change is the couch is only a love seat so stretching out isn’t the best. "
