"This property is an Extended Stay property. Grounds were in terrible condition. Common area were unkept and not clean. Room was outdated, dirty, exterior windows were cracked and spidered. In no way was this property what we were expecting from the listing, and not sure why it’s on VRBO, it’s a Motel 6 Extended Stay hotel with no hotel amenities. Saying it has a kitchen is very misleading, and not a dish, utensil, or pan in sight to even utilize the kitchen. The only positive it’s 15 min away...

"This house was perfect for our trip. We were on vacation exploring DC and didnt not want to stay directly in the city so we picked Frederick. This house was clean, beds were comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. It was within walking distance of downtown where there was a wide variety of shops and dining locations. 10/10 would recommend/stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Everything looked exactly like the photos and the atmosphere was quaint, calm and relaxing. We were conveniently located to several restaurants and the area was lovely. Overall, we were very happy with our experience."

"This place was very cute, clean, and near so many fun things to do in downtown Frederick. Carroll Creek is a short walk away, and Baker Park is only a little bit further. There are plenty of shops and places to eat."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything, and yet with dedicated parking and a nice private outdoor area. We love quirky old townhouses like this, and it was in excellent condition with all the modern amenities, plus the hosts have a very nice sense of style that we appreciated. We wouln't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it to family and friends."

"All good."

"Lovely house. New construction so a couple of small items need attention but great space and very convenient for Frederick"

"The only feedback is that the air conditioning didn't work but since the weather was good it wasn't much of a factor."

"Lovely! Our host was gracious and helpful. Property was ideal for our family getaway. i’m"

"Cute downtown area with multiple spots to grab breakfast and convenience store stuff. Easy access to Harper's Ferry and made for a nice restful spot between hikes in nature and around town."
