"We got in just after midnight…the receptionist was very underwhelming. We showered that night and those towels used were the only ones we had the remainder of our stay (except for the few l that were taken and not replaced while we were out for the day. We asked for towels on at least 4 different occasions with no success. The reasoning each time was that “he was washing and drying them” even at 10pm the night before our departure. It was quiet inconvenient to dry off with a hand towel. Water in the pool seemed murky,rail leading down the stairs was loose and unstable. Our room was nice and the cleanliness was just okay, due to small things like trash already being in the wastebaskets when we arrived. We would probably book again,when visiting the Dallas area,just not this Embassy location."

"The stay was great. Quiet. Enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was good. Although no bacon..but enjoyable nonetheless. I was upset that i was authorized 87.00 at check in when i was only advised 40.00. My room charges were prepaid..so i would have like to have clarification. In fact i wasnt even told. I happen to see the authorization on my banking app. Other than that, i would book again..as the property is located in the thick of shopping and its a nice neighborhood. "
