Everything was lovely! Room, staff, and breakfast. We arrived late due to a flat tire (watch out for those Scotland back roads 😉) and the staff was superb in welcoming us tired American travelers.
Just a few notes if you're a first time world traveler from the US, they didn't offer wash cloths and there were no "flat sheets", only fitted with the duvet. My fault not theirs for realized this is standard in Europe. Hope this helps someone!

Lovely location out of town and on a quiet street. Owner also operated a restaurant and garden center. So many of your needs were really just a step away. We really appreciated the way it was sort of hands off. We stayed 2 nights. Beds were very comfortable.

This place is AMAZING! The views and location were wonderful. Everything you would need for a stay. I only wish we stayed longer. I made friends with the cows, Enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise. We found everything at the resort to be excellent. We did not have time to take advantage of the pools and exercise equipment, nor some of the other facilities available. The restaurant buffet breakfasts were superb. However, we did not like the burgers, which were required by law to be well done.
