This beautiful apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a kitchenette/living room. The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 5 adults. The bedroom has 1 king size bed 1 queen size bunkbed set. The living room has a fold out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay.
Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $30/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.

Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.

During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!

Drives to Bryce Canyon, The North Rim of Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Cedar Breaks are a short distance away.

Great location and accomadations

This location was amazing! It was right across the street from Zion National Park. We walked many places-to eat, get coffee and to and from the National Park. Everything was amazing for this property!

The location was excellent, right across from the Zion entrance. We easily walked into park each day. We also loved the view and having a washer and dryer. Very spacious for a family of four. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!!

Excellent Location to Zion

We had a wonderful few nights at this property. It had ample space for four adults and it was clean. The best part is how close the property is to the Zion entrance and it's only a short walk to hop on the park shuttles.

Subway Sublet

This property was a bit quirky but perfect for our stay! It’s across the street from the national park!!! A two minute walk to groceries, multiple restaurants, bike rentals, hiking equipment, and the buses. With a dedicated parking spot, you couldn’t ask for more. It was our cool oasis with the best view!

Clean, Big enough, and You Can’t Beat the Location!

This property has just one large bedroom, but our family of 4 fit in fine because the apartment is well laid out and the spaces are bright and nicely decorated. I had some initial concerns about staying behind the Subway because I wondered if there would be any noise or food odors coming in, but this was not a problem at all. The property is just a 5 minute walk to entrance of Zion NP so we did not need to bother with finding a parking spot or taking the downtown shuttle bus to the park. Would definitely stay here again!

Solid Choice without frills

It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!

Unbeatable location

Cozy apartment with an incredible view, nice amenities, and an unbeatable location, literally walk across the street to the visitor center. One thing to be aware of is that the AC is not particularly powerful, it was quite hot during the day and this stay was in late april (high 70's to low 80's). I would suspect it would get quite toasty in the summer months. It was fine for us as we weren't there during the day much and the windows opened and had good ventilation for evenings when it cooled down. Host was great, and there was nice attention to detail (i.e. sufficient towels, TP, laundry detergent even, etc).

PERFECT location to walk to Zion NP!

We absolutely LOVED our time in this VRBO right outside the entrance to Zion! We walked every day into the park! Quick access to the Zion NP shuttle! It was great to go do a hike and then come back and rest before going back to do another hike! It was a great short drive (1 hr along the beautiful scenic 12 to get to Kanab for a Coral Cliff's Peek-a-boo canyon tour!) The owner was quick to answer my many questions! It was very nice to have a Subway below the apt for quick grab and go dinner after a long day of hiking. The smell of fresh bread in the morning (only in the hallways outside the unit) was delightful too, but it wasn't overwhelming! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a nice dinner! The beds were SO comfortable! The water was nice and hot for great showers after a long day of hiking! I have told all my friends about this location and plan to return to stay in this same spot when we come back to Zion again! Indiana family of 5 gives this 5 stars!!

Great jumping-off location for exploring Zion Canyon

My wife and I were there with our three young-adult children. The place worked great for us. Lots of beds. You can park in the reserved parking spot and leave you car. You can truly walk across the street to the park HQ and get on some trails or catch the shuttle buses up the canyon. You've got a refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, and one burner, so basic cooking and reheating is easy. You're also on the main main street in Springdale, so you can also take the shuttle down through town to stores or restaurants. Lots of good Tex-Mex. The best high-end restaurant we found was the Spotted Dog. I should add that if you are someone who sweats the small stuff, then think twice about what might bug you. The hot water in the (one small) bathroom came and went. The Internet conked out for most of one day. We were missing sheets for one of the beds bed when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again, because this place has lots of pluses and small stuff doesn't bug us. But your preferences may differ.

Room was clean and nicely located at the front entrance of Zion. Definate premium. Beds were comfortable and bathroom up to par. The only issue we had was when it was windy, there's a long flag pole at subway restaurant below (same owner) and the metal piece at the flag anchor kept banging against the metal pole. It's such a simple fix so simple, but first night the banging kept us awake all night. The next day I spoke to a Subway employee for a makeshift fix, but luckily wind died down and I used white noise on my phone the next 3 nights. I emailed owner but no response. So please fix it!

Very clean, comfy apartment with easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the park entrance, We had enough space for the four of us to spread out and each have a comfy bed to sleep. The manager was very helpful when we had questions. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Few Improvements needed

1. Ideal location to Zion, easy walk to2. Since apt was above a subway restaurant there were some issues:- some subway noise issues. Relatively quiet after 9pm once subway closed. - subway smell issues in apt while subway open 3. Apt:- bathroom had fishy smell- water taste issue- One night had gusty winds that caused constant banging until wind died down- parking instructions somewhat unclear.

Great Location

This unit has a great location. It is upstairs from a Subway restaurant and is very close to the entrance to Zion National Park. The parking is somewhat confusing at first and someone was parked in our assigned spot the first day we were there. Other than that I have no complaints and we enjoyed our stay.
