What a great stay! Beautiful hotel with extraordinary views of Zion. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Room was appointed with desk and sitting area. Great views and loved the pool. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Hotel is close to a shuttle stop, good restaurants and outfitters. Would stay there again.

The staff was friendly & professional, great breakfast with many choices, it was very clean but getting a free Wi-Fi (we have iPhones) was a huge problem, I spent 45 min trying to resolve it & eventually paid for it. And the parking was way too expensive. We will not stay there again as we got much better deal at Red Cliffs Lodge Zion with free & easy to get Wi-Fi and paid less for parking.

Great stay at the hotel. Gorgeous views, great rooms, good breakfast, and fantastic cleaning staff. We would happily stay again. Two complaints we must address were the parking fee which was $20 a night which we weren’t aware of when we booked. In a place with tight parking like San Francisco or Manhattan that’s expected, but in a remote location like Zion where nearly all tourists drive in from afar, on top of staying in the “off season” in mid January with parking spaces available galore, this felt like more of a rip off than an anything. Second was the hotel lobby staff. When we asked her where we could do laundry, she said the hotel’s laundry was closed, that there was no laundry available in Springdale and that the closest one was in another town over. This info was wrong, and luckily the cleaning staff informed us that the onsite laundry was actually working. That info saved us a 80 minute journey.

Breakfast menu is fresh every day plus every night you have unlimited drinks of tea, coffee and hot chocolate near the front desk. Hot tub is always on from 10am to 10pm. Staff who cleans the room made an excellent job. Staff from the front desk whether day time or night time was very helpful and accommodating with our request. We tried the gym for a couple day.
