"Excellent. Quiet, very well catered and clean. Good shower and comfy bed. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Maria is very welcoming. Great for dogs, with plenty of places to walk dogs. Can't fault Maria's property. I highly recommend it and will return next time we're in the Waikato. "
