"The stay was good. Room was cleaned only once. When we asked for more towels and toilet paper they were happy to help. Our keys locked us out. The lady over the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk was helpful too."

I didn't experience Springdale but a nice town. One thing about the check-in process at the property, which some might not mind, is that the desk staff texts your personal cell phone when you get up to the room to see if everything is ok.
