"Initially my experience was not good but after a day, manager Shato helped us a lot and other guests. He ensured to have cleaning and listened to our suggestions of improving. "First time here. The whole hop was there to take my luggage out of the taxi without even asking. My luggage and items were all in besides the lobby. I suggest ready for check-in before I even finished paying for my cab.. send. Jessica was a very welcoming. Cute little boutique hotel. Room has a small sleeve. Comfy pillows in bed"
