"After traveling all night we were in hopes for an early check in and was told check in was at 3 to come back then. Then the clerk tried to school us on how the hotel industry works! They did absolutely nothing to try and accommodate us. I was in town to get married so I just brushed it off and let it go! "Everything was excellent. Staff was excellent. We had an issue they fixed right away. Staff super friendly. Front desk was the best. Soooo friendly and accommodating. Room clean. Extra towels. Cleaned. Breakfast Good. Only need more sugar free items. 😋 When i come back to Springfield this will be the place i will stay...."
