Staff response was pitiful, toilet seat was broken, shower handle fell off, towels changed one time in six days, because we asked for them. We were told housekeeping is only on site every other day and is too busy to clean the back galf of the hotel. The elevator floor was sticky and dirty. Trash was piled by the linen storage door because it wasnt being picked up. Breakfast was overcooked eggs. Will not recommend nor stay in this hotel chain ever again.
