Great sleep!

Wonderful stay

We loved this property! Had everything we needed and we didn't have time to use or enjoy everything. The beds were SO COMFY!!! Loved having 2 bathrooms also. Great communication with the host! We would love to come back!

Friend gathering at honey spot

Me and my friends booked this property and had a great time having a get together. The host was extremely accommodating getting back to us promptly when we had questions. The amenities such as the fire pit were awesome would 100% book again. And if you want a chill place to have a gathering I recommend you book here too!

Honey Spot

Ricardo is a great host. The house was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable. The technology with the TV’s, PlayStation, and lighting were a great touch. It was quiet and relaxing. We had a great time and would recommend the “Honey Spot” to anyone.

Awesome Property & Host

Ricardo was a very helpful host very informative on all of the things to do and nice places to eat in and around Springfield. The home was well kept very Hi-Tech and well stocked with all you would need for your stay! Visiting family

I was in Springfield to visit family and looking at properties in advance of relocating. The Honey Spot was the perfect place to stay. Location was great because it was 5 minutes from my mother’s home, which made visiting easy. The home itself was wonderful, clean, comfortable and very up to date. Ricardo is an amazing host. Provided wonderful information about the area, easy to reach if I had any questions, made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in the area.

Excellent condo get away

This condo was everything it said and better ! Invited the wife and my female cousin with me. The woman loved it from the home life feeling to the different color lights in the condo. Ricardo was very attentive to our needs and help this place is a must grab.

I can't say enough how awesome honey spot and Ricardo are! Brought the family to stay for a few days and enjoy six flags. Ricardo gave us several great recommendations for other things to do in the area. Unfortunately we weren't able to visit all of them during our time. Guess we'll just have to come back and stay again!!

A good was had at Honey Spot!

Honey Spot is a great spot for a small family looking to get away. While we were too busy to enjoy all the property had to offer, such as the yard and grill which was exactly how it was described, the boys thoroughly enjoyed the Playstation and games. Ricardo gave us detailed instructions on everything in the home and some great suggestions for area restaurants. We will definitely consider renting there again!

Wonderful place to stay

I really appreciated how communicative the host was leading up to our visit, and how clean and well-stocked the house was! He added special touches for us for valentine’s day, like freshly ground coffee, breakfast items, and flowers. It was a lot of fun cooking in such a nice kitchen, and they had all the little extras we ended up needing. The lighting and decor was soothing, the place was very clean, and check in/out were easy and straightforward. We enjoyed using the fire pit even in the snow. I’d definitely stay there again.

Business Trip Made Easier

We were in town for the week for a tradeshow and rented this gem from Ricardo. A great place well-appointed very comfortable. 6-minute drive to convention center yet out of the way and quiet. The grill and the back yard are a huge bonus. Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Thank you, Ricardo, for your attentiveness and the great digs. I will be rebooking for next year's show.

Honey Spot was sweet!

We had a great weekend getaway at the Honey Spot. Ricardo was an excellent host with very thorough directions on everything we needed in the house. Make sure you read them all (I hadn’t and it took us a while to find the kitchen utensils and silverware, but they were detailed I. The directions, lol). The place was clean and very comfortable. There was a large selection of good coffees. The sound system was amazing! Make sure you watch a movie! The lights and controlling on the iPad weee very cool and added a fun element. Great place. Great host!

Perfect home base for a father/son weekend

This wonderful property was located a short drive from a motorsports track at which my adult son and I were attending a performance-driving school. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable – remarkably well-appointed in every imaginable way and with many hospitable touches, including highly adjustable mood lighting, excellent A/V system, and an impressive array of art celebrating different cultures. High-grade kitchen is a gourmet-coffee lover’s dream. Great grill and fire pit area outside. The highlight, though, was our very caring host, Ricardo, who was accommodating, always accessible, and a provider of valuable intel about local events and eateries. 10/10 would stay here again. Lasting memories were made!

Comfortable Place to Call Home for a Visit

Ricardo was very attentive and responsive to any questions. Cute little place close to Western New England University and Springfield College. Comfortable beds, nicely appointed and stocked kitchen! As a new listing, there are always things in progress for improvement such as a way to cool the downstairs - which is totally on Ricardo’s radar. Who would think that would be a concern in early November-lol! If we hadn’t been at the college for the bulk of the time, we would have cooked and spent some time using the fire pit! Maybe next time!

The 🍯 spot

Came to the area to pick up our puppy. Found Ricardo’s condo and looked like a pretty cool spot.Ricardo is an excellent host was more than accommodating.The condo is very quiet with some awesome lighting,really cool fire pit.We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to utilize all the cool things in and around the condo. I have stayed in a lot of rental units on VRBO and never had a host this nice. The kitchen had a lot of organic foods. The coffee was amazing. I literally can’t say enough great things about this place. I will definitely be back to spend atleast a week here next time.💯

Amazing host

We truly settled in to The Honey Spot and made it our home for four nights. Ricardo goes above and beyond for his guests - he welcomes you into a “home” and not a house. He came by to light our fire pit and even bought me an organic chicken to make soup for my daughter who was recently sick. Kitchen is so well-stocked with organic spices galore and coffee for the real coffee drinker! Bath products are like being at a spa and you have got to love the lighting system. It’s like being at an exotic getaway. Not to mention artwork. We were visiting our daughter at UMass and took time to explore Springfield’s museums. The Armory is a must see as is Dr. Seuss Museum :-). I cooked all weekend so can’t recommend restaurants! Thank you, Ricardo.

Host Cancelled 90 minutes before check in

I wish I could tell you about this property, but unfortunately, the host cancelled on us 90 minutes before check-in. Four of us in town for a graduation had to scramble for alternative accommodations and pay significantly more. Worst of all, VRBO only agreed to refund what we had paid, but wouldn’t provide any additional consideration for the hassle or extra money we had to spend for a last-minute hotel booking. Very disappointing all the way around. The review form requires me to provide a rating for the cleanliness of property and the location and neighborhood, but I have no knowledge of either since we didn’t ever get into the property.
