Room was very nice and bed very comfy. Clean, breakfast was great as was the pool. Fire and Ice has delicious food but some items can be pricey. Overall, a great, quiet stay!

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Springfield - I-44 by IHG
Came in rushed through Check in. Nothing explained. Bar was supposed to be open by sign. Sat down there for several hours no one came and asked if we wanted a drink. The restaurant is pizza we did not want that. Breakfast was nothing special.

Construction next door. Renovations in Candlewood. Extended our stay with add’l day. Computer cancelled our keys early. ALL computer requests for ck in/ck out were listed incorrectly—-there is no fifth floor.
