"A/C worked well. Apt. was clean, safe and all appliances functional. Good location, close to a nice, historical coffee shop, but no crosswalk. Front yard not maintained and VERY LARGE for sale sign in front detracts from an otherwise quality facility. Minor fixture improvements in the bathroom will top this site on my list of Springfield stays."

"We had a great time here. Very clean and quiet. Had everything we needed and a good location. Loved that we had a washer and dryer to wash our toddler's clothes. Would definitely stay here again when we visit family! "

"This was the most disgusting place i have ever stayed at. This house is basically a 4-plex with multiple people living in the same building. There are loud dogs on the property and the neighbors sound like they are IN YOUR UNIT. The train is 2 blocks away and will literally shake the house! The unit had BED BUGS AND I GOT BITTEN UP BADLY. The landlord moved me to a new unit in the same house that was equally as nasty. Brown water, rat traps and a horribly moldy bathroom. This listing is...
