The room was immaculate and the staff was great. Unfortunately the coffee pot did not work but it was easily found elsewhere in the hotel. We will stay there again!

Marriott Springfield Downtown
The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Everything was very clean. My only complaint was that we had very loud neighbors singing, dancing playing music on a karaoke machine till well after midnight. We called to have security come and tell him to keep it down, which they did for about five ...
