"Lovely property in Hagerstown. We stayed here with my 82 year old father while visiting family. Perfect accommodations! Very clean & comfortable. We had a little hiccup with our code to check in, but once Michelle saw our note, we got it fixed right away. Convenient to Main Street shops & food. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

The host gave me the necessary info before I needed to ask for it which is not always the case. It is located really close to Ball State. If my daughter chooses to go to school there we will be staying here for sure!"

"The staff at this location were phenomenal - responsive, nice, caring, fun, going above and beyond. For Halloween, they had a pumpkin decorating contest and let everyone vote on it. They got me in a room early. They seemed to really care about the guests and like each other. The breakfast lady was SUPER nice and it felt like a restaurant with her level of service. It made what is ultimately a chain hotel feel very special."
