Hotel exceeded my expectations for the weekend. Came down for the Jayz concert and even though crowded the staff was pleasant accommodating and kept the room clean. I would stay here again if I needed to.

I walked in at 10pm and had to wait for them to put linens on the bed. Told the front desk, they gave a drink voucher. Went downstairs and had to argue with bartender to get the drink. The AC was terribly loud at night. I do not believe this place was ready to be opened.
