Nestled in The Giant Sequoia National Monument our Mountain Escape is an offering of a delightful blend of comfort and nature. Inside this charming cabin, you'll discover 2 bedrooms with three cozy beds, a well-appointed kitchen complete with an oven and microwave, a dining area with a view of the mountain, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Rest easy knowing that plush towels and quality bed linen are thoughtfully provided to enhance your stay.

Explore the surrounding beauty through activities such as horse riding and cycling, bask in the sunshine on wrap-around deck , Or play some ping pong on our outdoor table.

For those seeking adventure, take a hike or mountain bike ride along the nearby Nelson trail, where you'll uncover hidden Giant Sequoia groves without the crowds. Stroll down to Nelson Meadow, visit the local store, or indulge in a meal at Slate Mt. Saloon. -Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.

-Must be able to use stairs
-Property is located in Giant Sequoia National Monument (not park). There are actually no cabins located in Giant Sequoia National Park as the closest cabins are down in the central valley an hour away. That's what make the monument and our cabin so great. We are located 5 minutes from the big trees, trails and dogs are allowed on trails.
- Upstairs bedroom is a open loft style bedroom.
