"We had a family funeral in Provo and this townhouse was perfect! Clean, roomy, well supplied, comfortable, our 2 daughters and their families joined us and were thrilled with everything. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 grandkids. Location was so close to groceries, we just walked. Easy access to I15, everything in good shape"

"I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. This is not correct! Please check with the owner and recheck your records and you will see that I did, in fact, call and cancel on April 18th,...

"We had three adults sharing the house. We each got our own room. It was very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and simple. It was perfectly located to where we were attending a retreat. Close to restaurants, etc. Well decorated, felt like home. Well equipped. If we could give 6 stars we would. It is a great place to share with others or great for a big family."

"Everything was very clean and organized. Looked like a new listing with new beds, bedding and furniture. All basic needs taken care of. Didn’t get to the back yard, but the house was wonderful. Each room was roomy and clean. Check in was easy and host sends a great video explains everything . Would stay again ! Loved it!!"

This house was every bit of what we needed. It was also convienently located to our dental office, shopping, and groceries. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful as we had to contact them a couple of times in the beginning to ask some questions. We would stay here again..."

"We went to Heber for a family wedding and our stay was heavenly and perfect for our needs. The kids/teens loved playing games and hot-tubbing in the big backyard. We had some food prep for the wedding and the kitchen was a great layout/size and well supplied with dishes and utensils. The host was very proactive with communication and super easy to get in touch with. Will definitely be looking for an excuse to get back here!"

"Stayed here with three teenage girls while they were in town for a dance convention. Great location to downtown. The amenities were perfect for the amount of time we stayed. The single bathroom was a little bit tricky, which we knew it would be going in, but worked well for us. Would really appreciate more mirrors in each bedroom to help with getting ready, but other than that, everything was great."

We arrived a couple hours prior to stated check in time and needed to refresh and change our clothes to go to a wedding rehearsal. Although property not completely ready for us, Jacob graciously allowed us in ahead of time to do what we needed. Loved the various animals on site, hubby even got to bottle feed the goats before we left."
