This house is located near Canadice Lake, and guests often rent kayaks from Canadice Lake Outfitters for kayaking excursions. Harriet Hollister State recreation area is less than 10 minutes away, there are so many activities to participate in during all 4 seasons (biking, hiking, hunting, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing).

Amazing place

Our family had 4 adults and 4 teens stay at this beautiful place. Clean, loaded with amenities, beautiful property and a fully stocked Dollar General 4 miles away. We had a wonderful time. Beds were so comfortable too! We will be coming again!!

Letchworth Girls Trip

We had a great time in this beautiful house! The kitchen is well stocked along with generous starters of tp, paper towels, hand soap and all the pods needed for washing. There are so many lights it's a game to find all the controls. ;) The property is gorgeous and is a truly relaxing experience.

Girls trip

We had a pleasant stay. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were nice. I think some games could have been provided for down time. Every other VRBO home I’ve experienced has had games or puzzles, so I found this lacking. I also think for the rate a hot tub would be a nice addition. I also did not not like the use of ac units in the individual bedrooms upstairs. Central ac obviously needs an update. But overall a pleasant experience.

The lodge was very nice with plenty of room for all. We were disappointed that there was no child bed in the upstairs king bedroom as was listed but we made do. We very much enjoyed the dining area and the view. We caught fish and enjoyed the pond. The game room was a big hit on the rainy days, especially Ms Pac Man.

Reading Getaway

Beautiful location for a reading getaway. Bring a sturdy vehicle for the gravel drive though. It was full of ruts which made it difficult for some friends to get up to the house.

Great House and Great Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the property. Everything was exactly as listed. We even captured some excellent pictures of the sunset reflected in the pond.

The space is beautiful! Our flood lights didn’t work for the outside but I’m sure thats an easy fix for the owners. We honestly didn’t notice until the second night. We felt right at home and they had everything we needed for cooking. Great space that was super clean and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Would have been perfect…..

We stayed at this immaculate house with a party of 6 adults, a teenager, and 2 children under 10. We were only about 1/2 an hour away from Bristol Ski Resort so was very convenient. The hot tub’s an added bonus and it was just amazing to be able to sit outside in the winter with snow everywhere. However, there were just a few mechanical issues with the house: - No hot water in one of the bathrooms upstairs - Bedroom door downstairs does not close shut - Dryer doesn’t work properly - won’t get hot Other than the above, it’s a lovely house in a very quiet location - perfect for city getaways.

The property was perfect for our group. It provided enough space for our group of 8 to hang out together while also allowing enough space for privacy. Everyone enjoyed fishing in the lake and almost everyone caught fish. The views from the house were great and the sunsets were breathtaking! The house was located close to many hiking trails but very isolated from neighbors. We had a great trip and will be booking another trip!

Wonderful house for a large family

We celebrated my daughter’s sweet 16 with family from multiple locations at this house. It is a beautiful home with all the needed necessities! The hot tub and game room were great!! Plenty of room everywhere and great endless outdoor space!

Beautiful Remote Property

This was a great property for remote gatherings. The house is huge and has all the amenities with lots of room both inside and outside. As fair warning, there's not much for restaurants or grocery stores in a 10-mile radius, so best to come prepared. Overall wonderful stay!

We love it here!

Our stay at this property was great! It was clean, spacious and private. The property was huge and the hot tub was a great plus! We would have appreciated some chemicals for the hottub as it got dirty very quickly. Other than that, we highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Finger Lakes

Property was beautiful and private. Our group had a very enjoyable time and enjoyed the games room and pond very much! Pictures are exactly as shown and place was very clean. The only complaints we had is that there were no spa chemicals that we could find as the hot tub did get quite murky after uses and that there is not a "main" bathroom as all the 3 bathrooms are connected to a room. Beautiful property, extremely private, tons of parking and hiking spots. And TONS of open green space for activities.

Stunning house and property

Gorgeous, clean, well-equipped with fun extras. You’ll have to drive a bit to shops so come prepared. No response from management when we had a water issue. It didn’t affect us but I was surprised given that this is a professionally managed property.

Just Perfect

This was an exceptionally clean and well-appointed property. Although remote, it is what we were looking for. The house was well stocked with the "little necessities"-hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent. The dollar store down the street had what we needed, we brought food with us. Kitchen well stocked. Local fruit/vegetable stands were plentiful. Hot tub was a real plus and also very clean. If you need a quiet get away in a serene setting, this is the place. It was wonderful. We will definitely go back. Pictures are exactly what you get, simply beautiful.

Beautiful property

The property is beautiful and very peaceful . The 2 issues I had were 1) I wasn’t expecting to sign a rental agreement not once but twice when I booked thru a site like Vrbo 2) The description mentioned that there was a child bed in one of the room but there wasn’t one . Our stay was 2 nights so it was an inconvenience and we worked thru it but for a longer stay it would have been an issue .
