Welcome to the beautiful spring feed Orr Lake dream. The home is brand new that was completed in Jan 2017 by the owner himself. You will enjoy the beautiful sun rises and sets with the southerly view on the covered porch. The house is conveniently located 20 minutes north of Barrie and makes an easy commute to Toronto. The ski hills of horseshoe valley and Mount St. Louis Moonstone are within 15 minutes and snowmobile trails are within minutes. Midland in 15 minutes north for all your shopping needs. There are many activities in all seasons for your enjoyement of just relax at the lake, swim, fish and enjoy an evening fire.

Stunning views

Very completely cottage with stunning view. Love that the property is so close to the lake. The kids had lots of fun with lots to do. I just think the cushions on the set on the deck needs to be replaced. Everything else was great.

Excellent choice!

Our party of three families had a great time over the New Year's break at this property. The house is in great condition and the kitchen is fully equipped (you will find anything you need from spices to cookware to small appliances). The location is great in between 2 ski resorts (Horseshoe Valley and Mt. St. Louis) which gave everyone in our group the chance to participate in outdoors activities (ski, tobogganing, hiking). When the lake next to the house is frozen solid (unfortunately, not in our case) you can even skate or play hockey on it. Michael, the owner, was very helpful and great to communicate with. We absolutely loved it there. We highly recommend this property.

Canada Day Getaway

My friends and I spent Canada Day long weekend at Michael’s property. We had a great time enjoying the lake! The property was clean and Michael was easy to communicate with. I would definitely go back again!
