This home is spectacular! Ideal location in the ‘little lakes’ adjacent to public land. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen/living room is quite large and setup perfectly. The soaking tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. My only nitpick is I wish the grill was propane, only because the temperature outside was in the 20s with 40mph wind. We had such a great stay! Little lakes holiday market was awesome! Would book again for summer or fall without hesitation.
The oven cooked our Thanksgiving turkey to perfection!

Perfect stay

The home was new and beautiful, well-appointed, and in a nice rural (but not too rural) location. It was a lovely place to reconnect and relax with my girlfriends in the beauty of the Finger Lakes countryside. The layout is great and it was the perfect amount of space for the 6 of us. The host was very responsive and I appreciate her so much for allowing me to return to the property when I left my wallet during checkout!

Beautiful home well kept. Nice back porch to sit male a fire and enjoy the beautiful nature around. Play eoom downstairs for kids of all ages to jave fun Spacious and great for a family of 7. Enjoyed the stay. Would definitely return for a longer stay. One night was not enough.

Our family enjoyed our time there. The home was comfortable and clean; it met our expectations. (It was nice to have a variety of televisions to meet everyone’s programming needs!) The host was easy to communicate with and understanding of our needs.

Wonderful home with great views

We loved staying here and wish we had a longer stay to enjoy the property longer. The home is very nice and had everythingwe needed plus some! The split floor plan is perfect parents of teens. Our kids enjoyed the space in the basement as well. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the property. The house is perfect - just renovated, extremely clean and equipped with all appliances and conveniences which make the stay very easy and pleasant. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, and a nice family/dining room connected with the kitchen. Kitchen has everything you need - coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, big fridge, all kitchenware and utensils, common spices etc. The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean and conveniently located. There is a smart TV in every room and even in the finished basement. The house has central AC, which was perfect because we stayed during the heat wave. Big, clean washer and dryer were a huge plus. The location is great - not directly on any of the lakes, which gives it a great sense of privacy, but also in close vicinity and an easy driving distance from the lakes and other area attractions. The hospitality of the host is incredible. We communicated via VRBO mailbox and she answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to speak with. Truly a great property and we would love to come back next year.
