Newlyrenovated. Brand new kitchen. Hot tub. Swimming pool. Commercial high resolution overhead projector in Living Area with 10' screen and Netflix included, plus available HDMI port. Second Floor Family room with 55" TV and a second mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sink & Keurig off large deck with beautiful view of lake. Orr Lake Golf Club is directly across the street and we are only 30 minutes to Wasaga Beach. Brand new Napoleon BBQ on large lower deck. Lots to see and do in nearby Midland (18 minutes) and Barrie (25 minutes).

Great place for family and skiing

Had a great time over March break. House was perfect for multi families to join together to spend a few days. Host was extremely helpful and assisted with everything we needed.

We had a great time at this property.Everything was perfect.Herb was so supportive throughout our stay. There was an issue in one of the bath tubs and he sent someone to fix it immediately. Property is well maintained. Heated pool and hot tub make the stay more relaxing.

Christmas reunion

Wonderful experience, It’s a cozy clean cottage, children and parents had separate entertainment areas. Definitely would book a summer vacation!

This was a great cottage located on a waterfront. It had everything and much more such as complimentary coffee, cookies and snacks. This would be great for multi-family getaway. If you have small kids beware that there is a busy road in front of the cottage. I would stay there again.

Cozy cottage with beautiful amenities

We had a beautiful stay at this property with friends! Herb is a wonderful, conscientious and responsive host. The communication leading up to our stay made everything seamless, and when we encountered a spontaneous appliance issue, he was quick to respond and arrange a fix within the hour! We made a few minor suggestions for next time, and the feedback was positively received. The home is perfect for a multi-family summer stay, and very child -friendly. The lake is shallow, and there are boats and paddleboards available to use. There's a general store in walking distance that sells firewood and anything you forgot to bring. (If you visit and go out for dinner, check out Rumi's Grillhouse. Impressive menu, small kitchen, awkward ambiance - but food is brilliantly executed.) I would be happy to return with our family. Thanks for a beautiful weekend!
