The small town of Sprockhövel, which is often referred to as the cradle of Ruhr mining, is located on the southern edge of the Ruhr area. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a Zeifamilienhaus, is therefore not barrier-free. The property is located 2 km from the center of Niedersprockhövel in a quiet side street, parking at the house. The town center and the neighboring community of Hattingen with its nationally known old town are easily accessible by bus, as is Wuppertal in the Bergisches Land region with the famous suspension railway.
Thanks to the BAB connection to the A43 and the Wuppertal-Nord junction, the large cities of the southern Ruhr area of Essen, Bochum and Dortmund can be reached quickly.
The 70 square meter FeWoh is also an ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes in the green surroundings. It was completely renovated in 2019; a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a large, partially covered balcony contribute to your wellbeing. The apartment offers enough space for 4 adults and 2 children.
Energy, towels, bed linen and final cleaning included.
