The property is located 2 km from the center of Niedersprockhövel in a quiet side street, parking at the house. The town center and the neighboring community of Hattingen with its nationally known old town are easily accessible by bus, as is Wuppertal in the Bergisches Land region with the famous suspension railway.
Thanks to the BAB connection to the A43 and the Wuppertal-Nord junction, the large cities of the southern Ruhr area of Essen, Bochum and Dortmund can be reached quickly.
The 70 square meter FeWoh is also an ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes in the green surroundings.
